What data we collect
Identification details (name, address, DOB), contact details, financial records relevant to your case, and correspondence with banks and regulators.
How we use your data
Solely to progress your case, communicate with you, comply with our regulatory obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell your data.
Who we share data with
The banks, credit bureaus, CIFAS, Financial Ombudsman Service and, where required, the ICO or FCA. Only what is strictly necessary for your case.
How long we keep it
Case files are retained for six years after case closure in line with regulatory requirements. You can request earlier deletion where lawful.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to processing of your data. Contact support@clearmyname.uk to exercise these rights.
